Neil Braun,  P.Eng. Neil Braun was born and raised in Saskatchewan, and started his career in home building over 20 years ago. A former member of the Board of Directors for the Regina and Region Home Builders Association, Chair of the Builder Committee, and a National R2000 Provincial Builder Representative, Neil is the founder of Oak Park Developments Ltd. Building homes and communities since 2000, Oak Park has just completed 44 townhomes in Meadowview Lane, and has 61 town and garden homes currently underway in Fieldstone. Oak Park is also the exclusive custom builder in Valley Ridge, a 50 home community. A member in excellent standing with Progressive Home Warranty, Neil has a passionate, quality driven construction team with many years of experience.

Brian Kernick,  P.Eng. MBA Brian Kernick was born in the town of Canmore, AB, but also has family ties to Saskatchewan, where he spent part of his childhood. He has nearly 20 years experience as a consultant and project manager in all aspects of residential, commercial and resort development both at home and abroad. Through his company, Greenview Developments, which Brian founded in 1992, he has developed highly successful hotel and residential projects, including a hotel in Fort McMurray and a high-end rural residential project. Always on the leading edge of design and building techniques, Greenview pioneered the first R2000 manufactured home in Western Canada, and developed a 125-home project in Canmore, Alberta, which won the mayor’s award for Urban Design and Community Neighborhood Enhancement.
